So, I don’t know how long I can/will/want to keep up with multiple blogs.
I mean, this blog has been alive for almost TEN years, but things grow and change… maybe it’s time.
Anyway, I came over here, because I needed to tell you guys some life-y stuff! And that’s what this blog is for!
So, sitting on a chair and writing for a few months basically resulted in the fastest, truest, most ridiculously easy ten pounds I’ve ever gained.
I just woke up one day, had written a book, and was ten pounds heavier.
So, now that I’m done with my book (for now) and I’m home for the summer, I’ve been focusing on cleaning up my diet and getting back on the road, logging miles.
I’m completing c25k for the third time. It’s a wonderful program that has worked well for me in the past. I’ve already dropped about 4 pounds just by TRYING again for a few weeks.
I’ve also been counting calories again using myfitnesspal, and it’s like slipping on a comfy pair of jeans. Counting calories is easy for me. And when I’m counting (if I’m not being crazy) I can really keep on top of everything I eat and still feel satisfied and nourished.
