The Pumpkin Spice Bar Recipe, Some New Yoga & The Week in Review

Hi friends! I'm doing a little Sunday night fly-by here on the blog!

Several people asked for the Pumpkin Spice Protein Bar recipe and I'm here to deliver.
Warning- you may need to hide these from your kids.
Mine act like they're brownies or something.

Sunday:  108 Sun Salutations to celebrate the Autumnal Equinox!
Monday:  Morning Yoga Flow from
Tuesday: 30 mins. Strength Training1 mile puppy walk
Wednesday: Standing Postures Yoga Flow
Thursday: 30 min. Run

Friday:  30 mins. Strength Training
30 min. Yoga Flow
Saturday: 30 min. Run
20 mins. Strength Training

Sunday: The Gathering YW 365
