Last Thursday, January 22nd was considered "Blue Monday". This is the day experts project that people are the most depressed and overwhelmed. According to researchers it takes 21 days to form a habit. So, by the 22nd of January if you have not continued to be committed to your "New Years Challenge" you feel like you have failed. Also, the credit card bills are coming in from Christmas and the weather outside is cold and dark.
However, I want to encourage you all to keep moving. There is so much power in CHANGE! No matter what you change or how drastically you change, just change. Don't give up ladies!
When YOU change, it gives you power over your body and the environment around you. When you change others change as well.
My first blog was Change Begins with Me! I have made a few changes in my life such as eating better, drinking more water and running/walking about 2 miles at least 3 nights a week. I am also exercising. Because I decided to change, my husband has changed, my son has changed! I am still working on my daughter, Ashayla(smile). I purchased a bag of Doritos about 2 weeks ago and as of this morning, we still have chips in the bag! This is a miracle next to Jesus walking on water!!!!!
Again, by my changes I have helped my family! I am really exited about my change. I am not on a diet or exercise program, I made a CHANGE!!
