People at the hubby's work keep telling him he looks like the newest Bachelor, haha. What do you think? I can kind of see it. I love reality tv, if it has Dr. Drew or Bret Michaels, even better! However, I cannot stand the Bachelor and the twits whoring after him. Awful show. Do you watch it?
I hope everyone had a good day. I had an awesome exercise day despite getting off to a bad start. I went to the gym and ran on the dreadmill. I just wasn't feeling it, so I ran as fast as I could and finished 3 miles in about 26 mins. Fast for me, especially on the dreadmill. I find that I normally can only handle about 6.0-6.2 mph on that horrid machine. I came home and puttered around cleaning the house until my Bachelor got home. Then I took Fonzie out for a 3 .5mile run. The sidewalks had about 2 inches of new accumulation on them and my calves are burning now. He loves running so much that it makes me have more fun b/c the joy of him bouncing around just brings a smile to your face. We had a mishmoshed dinner (frozen veggies and pirogies, wow) and I got Harper to bed. Then the hubby and I did Exercise TV's Power Sculpt Yoga and Tamilee abs. Did you know that on Exercise TV on line you can get a ton of free workouts! Check it out, now you have no excuse to skip workout.
