Apple Cider Vinegar is a strong bacteria fighting natural health remedy. It is rich in many important minerals and elements like potassium, magnesium, chlorine, sulfur, iron, fluorine, calcium, phosphorous, sodium, copper, silicon.
Apple cider vinegar is made by crushing organically grown apples and squeezing out the juice. Sugar and yeast are added to the juice to begin the fermentation procedure, which converts sugars into alcohol. In the next fermentation procedure, the alcohol is turned by acetic acid-forming bacteria into vinegar. Thus, we get our apple cider vinegar.
