20 Deadlifts at fast pace
15 Deadlifts at moderate pace
10 Deadlifts, SUPER SLOW.
Squeeze your butt at the top of each repetition.
Alternating lunges slow to moderate pace. 20/18/16
10 SUPERSLOW Deadlifts
Half lunges 30/25/20 with each leg
(Range of motion is ONLY from bottom to halfway up)
10 SUPERSLOW Deadlifts
10 Lunge kicks with each leg
10 SUPERSLOW Deadlifts
