Yours truly has been under a lot of pain this weekend. Excruciating amounts really.
Turns out that listening to the Doctor’s orders (no jumping, no running, no plyo) was not enough. My attempt to continue to train unexpectedly resulted in me seriously aggravating my injury.
First the foot pain got a lot worse. Then it was the knee that got into the act. And for the last two days I’ve been out with horrible back pain.
I promise to come back to the blog just as soon as my back is feeling better. For now, it’s too painful to sit up and write a whole post.
But I could sure use your prayers!
