1. Stay calm…this is going to be a stressful week. I must remember to BREATHE!
2. Get at least two workouts in before Saturday’s AMA training!
3. NO STARBUCKS! I spend wayyyyy too much money on something I can make at home. I can do it!!!
4. Yoga…totally didn’t get to that this week!
5. Get work done for school and work! oy! I must not let the worry of doing something keep me from my goals!
