Juice is wonderful. It feels so good. It nourishes, cleanses, and detoxifies the body.
In my personal opinion, yes. In my personal opinion, when adding juice to your regimen, it should be either fruit free, or with just a wee bit of green apple. When you strip off all the fiber from the fruit, it enters the bloodstream extremely fast, and can spike blood sugar and insulin levels. (Not to mention add to bacterial overgrowth in the tummy if that’s the case for you.)
That’s why I usually make my green juices fruit free. Sometimes, as in this juice, I’ll use half of a green apple. You choose!
Celery and cucumbers are really naturally sweet, and the lemons and limes really go a long way.
This green juice is a wonderful liver stimulator- something that we all need stimulation with. Our livers cleanse and detoxify EVERYTHING: from what we eat, to what we wear, what we smell, and what we do. We need to support our livers in any way, shape, and form. This juice will help do just that.
