This is really exciting because I know a lot of you are vegetarian or vegan and have asked me how to Eat Clean with that type of lifestyle and I will be honest – I didn’t have a lot of answers because that isn’t my lifestyle. This opportunity will be a lot of fun because it isn’t my typical way of eating and also because I will be able to give you guys some meatless options. And of course any opporunity where I can be involved in The Eat Clean Diet is one I will jump at because I really do believe in the lifestyle and am so thankful for the book and how it changed me for the better.

On to gym time (my favorite).
So I spoke with James Wilson about competing and have decided to use his 12 Week Program and then follow it with 2-3 weeks of Phase 3 of the LiveFit trainer to prepare for my competition. That means this week is my last week of doing my own thing and there were a few things I wanted to do.
I changed up my workouts this week because my schedule changed with school and I did Joseph C. Donnelly’s back workout (posted under his notes) yesterday. My back was sore by the time I got home and I loved it. I was planning on doing shoulders today but I got the worst headache during my afternoon class and did 20 minutes on the treadmill instead. I think it was because I drove 4 hours today to see my TMJ doctor (2 there and 2 back). I have had TMJ since high school and I really love my doctor so he is worth the drive.
What REALLY made me happy today was THIS:
Jamie Eason – my all time idol – likes my blog!! Wahoo!! This has happened once before when we were still the Skinny Fatkids and I am even more excited now than I was then.
