I had been toying with the idea of getting rid of my huge binder for fitness and diet journaling for a while so I ended up doing just that on July 1.  I have moved over to the BodyMinder Journal and I love it.  I carry it around with me in my purse so I’m never without and I can write things down in real-time.  I had to get used to using it because I like to refer to my logs from the past, but after I get a few more weeks into my Bodyminder I’ll have enough in the journal to look to as my past.  I paid 10 bucks for it on

Lots of pictures below.  The book is in binder style so it’s easy to open and keep open.  It holds up to 13 weeks of information which is cool.  So It looks like I’ll be buying 4 of these books a year which is and I prefer keeping these journals as archives because they look good, neat looking and petite – takes up A LOT less space than 8×10 printouts of loose leaf.

MemoryMinder Journals, the people who makes the BodyMinder Journal, also makes other journals.  There is one that focuses on your daily health like weight and medications logs, the other focuses on just fitness, one focuses on just nutrition, but the BodyMinder focuses on both fitness and nutrition which fits best for people like me who need both!
