Thanksgiving is approaching quickly (!) and I like to come up with my list of things to make ahead of time. When my family gets together sometimes it can be up to 20 people – 30 people. We all contribute, and my favorite thing to bring is dessert of course Healthy desserts that is! Here’s a list of things I’ve made and what I have my eye on.
As you can see, I like to go all out on Thanksgiving and its one of my favorite holidays. Being around family and good food is one of the best feelings, and everyone takes leftovers which is a good thing!
My butt is nice and sore from yesterdays workout . This morning I woke up pretty exhausted and sore and almost skipped out. BUT I’m so happy that I didn’t. Once I started I warmed up right away, got in a good sweat session, and ended up doing better than expected. Sometimes its just a mental battle, and I always tell myself you never regret a workout. Even if its stretching and walking. Just move! And rest when needed
