Since I had extra time this morning, I pre-cooked some chicken strips before I headed off to work. I ate them with sweet Thai chili sauce which is quite possibly one of the most delicious and most versatile sauces I have ever tasted. You need to try it! I also had an apple and some cucumber.
My shift is almost over, but I don't know what tonight will bring. It's still gloomy out and it looks like it could rain at any moment. Maybe no dog park tonight!
