TGIF and Friday Treats for You

A long week over!  Yay!

Thanks for the running group feedback.  I will have more info out by the end of the weekend.  I think this might be a great time to look into google wave, but we’ll see!  Running. Holla.

I just watched the first episode of the new season of Real Housewives of NYC.  Wow. Total trashtastic is all I have to say! …but the even better.  I can’t wait until Monday!

I have been enjoying my Progresso soups .  They are not as rich as the regular versions (such as my beloved minestrone), but they are perfect when I need a low-calorie, high volume snack or light meal that will hold me over until a more indulgent meal out.

Free Yoga Class Opportunity!

There are two choices:

Ask Anything Response: Spinning Studios

I was asked about good pay per class spinning studios below 14th street.  The only pay per class spinning that I know of below 14th is the new Soul Cycle Tribeca .  My spinning instructor attends this studio and LOVES it!  He is incredible, so I trust his opinion.  :)

Spinning studios are pretty expensive, so if you wanted to just take a class at a gym, the cost of a day pass to Crunch or New York Health and Racquet is less than or equal to the cost of a class at Soul Cycle.  Also Printing House Gym offer a free 5 day trial, so you could take a few spinning classes and check out some of their other offerings as well.  I actually really want to check out their  Body Pump and Will Power and Grace classes! Maybe next week!

QUESTION FOR YOU!  What to do in Boston?

Now my question for you FABULOUS people.  As I mentioned, I will be in Boston for  4 WHOLE DAYS in March.  What should I do?  Restaurants, workout classes, museums, markets? Please offer anything you think I will enjoy.  I am quite scared to leave my precious NYC for so long all by myself! I am staying in Copley Square.  Is it easy to get to the Charles for a run from there?

I have done Quincy, the Freedom Trail, the Isabella Gardner and Fine Arts Museums, but anything new you could suggest would be great.  Healthy restaurants preferred!
