What is your training background?
I have a Certificate III and IV and a Diploma in Fitness. I’ve been training at New Image since 2004 and currently contracted to Parramatta Eels as the Strength and Conditioning Coach of their Premier League side. Rugby League – both playing and training - has been a big influence in my life since childhood.
What are your sporting and fitness interests?
I love all aspects of fitness, from doing weights to running long distance, and getting out to swing a golf club, jump on my surf board or water ski whenever I can.
Tell us your diet and training philosophy.
Improving your lifestyle does not have to mean punishing yourself or missing out on the things you love. Just making minor adjustments to your eating, drinking and exercise habits can instigate really positive results.
What can people expect when training with you?
My focus is always on making sure that every session brings clients closer to achieving their goals, whether it be pushing them that extra mile, where there are no traffic jams, or staying across their diet each time I see them. Above all, training is supposed to be fun and that is really the environment that I strive to foster at New Image.
Any naughty food weaknesses?
I would do just about anything for ice cream… ice cream.
