1 Cup red bell pepper, chopped (about 1/2 bell medium)
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1 Tbsp. Orange juice

1. Heat olive oil in a small skillet. Sauté garlic, onion and corn for about 3 minutes. Let cool.
