Sweaty and Shirtless? Sunday

Every day this week I've woken up not sore, but rested and with my muscles feeling a little tired. It's a good feeling! :) I'm also still feeling the after effects of the cold I got, meaning tons of mucous. Gross I know, but it makes the workouts a little more difficult. It's been over a week that I've been sick too..so annoying!  confused

Since I didn't drink Shakeology yesterday, I thought I'd start my morning up with a delicious chocolate covered strawberries smoothie bowl!

This one tasted more chocolaty than usual..yum!
Don't you love it when you make a smoothie and the ingredient ratios are perfect?! That was this one.  

After lounging around a bit, okay a lot, we got ready and headed out to the gym for some weight lifting! There's a circuit that I do almost every time, so one of these days I'll share it with you all! I also added in this move from Peanut Butter Fingers. Loved it! smile I actually have a move that John and I do that I want to do a video demonstration of. I can't find it anywhere online!
John promised he'd take me on the three mile run he does at work and even though I was pretty tired after all the weight lifting, I couldn't say no! We also ran with our shirts off (first time for the both of us) because we had grocery shopping to do and wanted our shirts to be dry. 

Eek! I'm really self conscious about exercising in a sports bra and normally would never do it, so we embraced it and took pictures! Even though it was 95 degrees, it was a great run! Probably because there were no hills and a nice breeze..and some great views!

Next up, our weekly commissary shopping!! We tried to cut back on unnecessary items this week and ended up spending around $50. I also needed some things from Publix and spent around $25 there. Not too bad!  The produce minus fresh fruit and kale from The Fresh Market.
You're looking at the cereal bowl combination I'll probably eat every day this week. 
I thought this was the best chocolate, until I found THIS. 70% dark chocolate with toffee from Spain! If you're a dark chocolate fan, be on the lookout! 
I've had my eye on these Mary's Gone Crackers for a while! No herb flavor at the commissary, but they're my new favorite!
Since my lunch was pretty much sample bites of everything we bought, I made another Shakeology smoothie bowl for dinner. We bought a new Tropicana 50 orange juice this week, so I made a Greenberry rainbow sherbet bowl. I added in some organic spinach too! 

I'm not sure what it was, but this was the best Greenberry combo yet! I'm thinking the spinach was just what it needed. So refreshing!
While enjoying dinner I caught something out of the corner of my eye outside the window. 

After rummaging around in some leaves, he found himself a snack and leaped up on the fence to do some snackin'. Squirrel snackin'. cool
And so I made myself a late night squirrel snack. My favoriteeee. Kale chips with organic ketchup!

Question: For my lady readers(most of you are), do you exercise in a sports bra? Are you comfortable with it? Do you have any workout moves at the gym that I must try?
