Sweat Unlimited. Workout DVD Review and a GIVEAWAY!

I recently received a copy of Sara Haley's dvd Sweat Unlimited.  Sara has a very impressive background and resume in the international fitness community.  I am always excited and intrigued to try out new workouts and new instructors, not only to get a good workout but to possibly learn something for my own teaching, maybe some new variations, progressions, modifications, etc. 
The Sweat Unlimited workout series includes 5 different workouts ranging from 5 minutes to 45 minutes and requires no equipment (which I love because you can do it anywhere and it's inexpensive).  The range of workout sessions is great because you can truly fit a workout into your busy schedule with the varying lengths.  Before watching I was wondering what Sara was going to squeeze in in just 5 minutes.  I, like Sarah believe that any workout is better than no workout.

Sweat Extreme 5 minutes: I liked it.  The exercises are all challenging and she hits all of the major muscle groups through a series of exercises moving quickly from one to the next.  You will feel it in these short 5 minutes.

Sweat Strength 15 minutes: Sara accomplishes total body sculpting in just 15 minutes.  As an instructor myself I am always wanting to see good modifications and progressions shown so that all levels of fitness can be challenged, successful and most importantly safe. Sara has two demonstrators in the session, one showing the modified variations and the other showing the most advanced variation (two huge thumbs up in my book!).  

Sweat Cardio 30 minutes: This 30 minute dance cardio workout is inspired by pop, hip hop, and break dancing moves.  To be completely honest dance workouts are not so much my thing but I wanted to give it a shot.  It was fun and got your heart rate up. So for those of you who love to get your groove on this is the workout for you. 

Sweat Box 45 minutes: "45 minutes of Tabata-inspired intervals that alternate between boxing drills and core exercises to give you a metabolic burn and core blast." I read this and was super excited, I absolutely love Tabata workouts and a little known fact about me...I used to teach kickboxing and I love it!  This 45 minute workout goes by super quick and is very challenging for all levels.  Once again, Sara has two demonstrators showing modified and progressed variations.  This is a total body workout, hitting all of your major muscle groups. It will get your heart pumping and YOU WILL SWEAT.  

Sweat Stretch 5 minutes:  A lovely 5 minute stretch and relax session.  Great to add on to any of the workouts below or if you are feeling tight or stressed you can throw this on and decompress for a few minutes.

Overall I was really impressed by Sara's workouts.  They are well thought out and she has a really effective method of cueing and teaching.  She is peppy but not too peppy (very important in my book).  This workout is good for all levels of fitness and perfect for those days when you can't make it to the gym!  I love that you can pick and choose different workouts within one dvd and you can do multiple workouts together or just one.
