It’s a lifestyle. It takes commitment and motivation. But the payoff is totally worth the time put in. <3

First thoughts? I feel like a ninja turtle. Very weird feeling. I was never a fan of toe socks and these are pretty similar.

Second thoughts? Hmm, these are actually pretty comfy. Maybe I do like toe socks.

Post-run thoughts? Damn, these are pretty great. I feel so much lighter and my feet don’t hurt one bit. Keepers.

Current thoughts? Am I supposed to wear some sort of special socks with these? Because I definitely didn’t.

I don’t think these will replace my beloved Mizunos, but they will certainly make for a nice way to change things up! And I think they’ll be great for hikes.

Get your sweat on [Sprint your Heart Out Cardio Work Out]

I have been loving strength training lately, but I don’t want to neglect one of the most important muscles in my body – my heart! So this week, I sprinted my heart out with this cardio work out.

Be prepared with a towel to mop up your sweat because this one’s a killer.
