As far as my favorite Protein Powders.. I will say that I absolutely lurrrve BSN Syntha-6 Chocolate PB… mmm… BUT the stats on it make it more of a meal replacement ( i dont like to drink down a whole mea!) at 6 grams of fat… So Overall I would say that I Love Isopure Zero Carb Creamy Vanilla .. it took a while to get used to but the stats are great and is pure isolated whey.

In other news.. I’m usually anti-supplement (besides the normal stuff like multivitamins, calcium, etc..oh and Xtend and protein powder obviously). I just don’t like the idea of putting weird substances in my body..and what REALLY annoys me about supplements is people like to just take whatever and don’t realize what side effects they have, or what it could do to pre-existing health conditions. However, I had some pre-workout samples laying around for a while and decided to try the Superpump Max. I did 1/2 of a serving… I’m pretty sensitive to caffeine.
Anyway, I actually really liked it! It seemed to make me not burn out as fast and have more energy so that I don’t feel totally drained at the end of my workout. And no crash which was great! I don’t think I would use this regularly though (like I said earlier, I’m just not a fan of most supps) but maybe when I’m tired it might do the trick. (I think I’ve mentioned I hate working out later in the day, but I’ve had to lately because I’ve been working super early..and I will say it helped!) And obviously I don’t have any pre-existing conditions that would interact. (Always, always make sure you don’t before taking supplements or even vitamins!!!)
