Sunrise Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup chopped cantaloupe
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 snack-sized peach yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • ice cubes
