Spencer and I set out for a 12 miler on Sunday (we had adequately carb, fat, and protein loaded due to an abundance of holiday food). We started out fast, for us, and decided to push ourselves. Our half marathon Running From and Angel is in less than 2 weeks and this was a chance to test ourselves.  Tired! So proud of him for pushing me!The previous day, Christmas morning, we celebrated the start of the day with a 4 mile run with Cooper! I can't think of a better way to begin the day!
