Summer Challenge: Nutrition week 6

Eliminate all dairy.

Store bought coconut milk ice cream.

Yup, it’s gone…buh bye cow’s milk products and hello coconut and almond milk! How did you do transitioning down to just one serving? Was it easier than you thought? Was it harder than expected? The good news is that the really is a lot of dairy alternatives.

This week starts the first week of grains & dairy being completely eliminated.  The summer really is the best time for this experiment with produce in abundance. I’ve seen many of my online friends posting about their dinners-meat, veggies, & sweet potatoes on the grill…sounds pretty paleo to me! Sometimes I’ll ask them if they are doing a Whole30 or if they are trying to eat paleo. Most will say no, but my point is that paleo is just food. It’s not magic, it’s just real food. So yeah actually you are eating paleo, at least for this meal :-)
