I love experimenting in the kitchen, especially if it will help me use up some of my fresh produce before it goes bad. The other day I created my own version of stuffed Portobello Mushrooms with some items I had in my fridge and my cupboard. I was pleasantly surprised with how yummy my supper turned out!
I began by hollowing out the mushrooms. I then grabbed a can of chicken. Yes, that right a can of chicken! The thought of using canned chicken threw me off at first, but now I always have a few cans on hand because it is so quick and convenient to use.
