For the whole week I do dancing and walking but less time in stretching. I spend long hours on my computer which causes stiff neck. Now I am having a terrible stiff neck whick makes it hard for me to hold the mouse of my computer for a long time. This is what happen if I don't do more stretching.
This is the problem of some people whose works demands to stay in one position for a long period. We have to move in a different position to avoid having stiff muscles. We also need to do a lot of stretching before and after the workout to maintain the long and lean muscles.
