Having trouble getting motivated to work out in this often 'bundle up on the couch' season? Here's a tip: new music.

As cliche as it sounds nothing gets the heart pumped up more than a brand new playlist on your ipod to keep you moving. The hot new jams will keep you on your toes and make you want to stay on the tredmill for an extra five minutes to hear that last song.
