Sprouted garbanzo beans that we have soaked, sprouted, and now dehydrated

We bought some sproutable chickpeas beans to experiment making our own sprouted garbanzo bean flour. We shall see if this works?!? We hope to make socca with this sprouted flour.
Hopefully we will be back with a successful recipe!
