My workout was powerful and awesome. I did the 30 minute Physique 57 express full body workout. This was my first time doing this particular video and it’s my favorite of the three. It’s fast, fun and effective. My butt is thanking me right now. Why did I ever waste my time with Tracy Anderson ’s boring method when I could be doing this instead?!?!?
Anyhow after my the video I sucked it up and hopped on the dreadmill for a 22 minute high intensity interval workout. It went something like this… Sprint, walk, jog.
Warm up 2 mins jogging 4.5
30 sec. sprint 8.5
20 sec. walk 4.0
40 sec. jog, 5.0
I repeated that sequence for 18 min.
and then I cooled down walking at a steep incline at 4.0 for 2 min.
My post workout snack was 1/4 cup Oatmeal mixed into 1 serv. Siggi’s Greek yogurt inside of an half organic baby cantaloupe. I bought the melon at Whole Food’s the other day and I was impressed that it was certified organic and teeny tiny. It made for a delicious snack.
Now I’m off to help the boyfriend clean out his car so that we can take pictures for Ebay. We’re getting a new car tomorrow…
