As I’ve mentioned on the blog before, one of the perks of working in education is spring break! Last year for spring break, J and I took a lovely trip down to Pacific Grove and enjoyed a fabulous long weekend of biking, hiking, and relaxing. This year, we realized that my spring break lined up perfectly with a conference that J was attending in Honolulu. We have been talking about going to Hawaii together for quite a while, so we took advantage of the timing and planned a week-long trip! We spent two days together in Honolulu, and then enjoyed four beautiful days in Kaua’i before flying back to Honolulu and on to San Francisco yesterday. I haven’t put together a full recap, so for now I leave you with some photos of our time in Hawaii.
