Yesterday we did a bodyrock tv 10 minute workout challenge called hot curves !
Set our Gymboss Interval Timer for 10 minutes and began the workout.
2 jumps forward, 10 wide leg high knees, drop down and power up
Lori got 40, I got 39
Followed by 20 minutes of interval jump roping.
Set our Gymboss Interval Timer to 20 rounds of 15-45 intervals.
I am loving intervals for jump roping.
Gosh I really need a tan, hahaAnd I promise I am awake, well sort of…still struggling with being tired all the time. Maybe extra protein shakes will help.
