Even though sometimes, your camera eats the picture of the protein packed smoothie (frozen strawberries, 1/2 of a banana, Greek yogurt, a splash of orange juice, Jay Robb’s Vanilla Whey Protein Powder, and non-fat organic milk)
Sometimes dinner needs to be quick and light as it is 11:30 at night before one is able to eat said dinner.
And sometimes the only vegetable one has the entire day is a simple green salad with romaine and tomatoes.
