some what of an introduction

Hello =)

       I am new to wellsphere , so I just wanted to introduce myself.

My name is Brianne . I am a wife and mother of 3 beautiful children which I know is so cliche to say but in my case it happens to be true ( even if only through my biast eyes.) I am just trying to figure out how this site works . Do i just blog randomly about life or is there a method to it ? Well it asked me in the upper corner what healthy steps I have made today so I guess i will fill you in on that . I chose to have a yummy delicious salad for dinner with no dressing . Which is fine for me because I love salad and for the most part dislike dressing . I was a vegetarian for the majority of my life until I got married and became a mother . The weight crept on and I have been trying to get it off . That has been a challenge because of finances . Because I firmly believe by how my body feels that it totally prefers to have a plant based diet and that has been hard to maintain with my family . Mainly my husband who supports my efforts in theory but does not really put that support into action . Anyway I did the raw diet for a short time a couple years ago and felt like a teenager again . But I ultimately had to stop because we could not afford to maintain it . Anyone who reads this and has advice or suggestions or super healthy recipes to share I welcome you to comment . Or even just to acknowledge my presense here would be ab fab . I would love support . okay , The end for now =)
