So I got my new exercise plan from EL and I’m LOVING it so far. Basically it’s all low rep stuff which is my FAV! I love feeling strong and lifting heavy, even if it’s just a few reps.
I’ve got my deadlift up to 150 (for reps)..yeah buddy! I’m shooting for 200 pounds by the end of the year.. lets hope I get it!
I also have a couple new exercises for lower body that are tough! When I saw them I was like, “whatever.. I’m going to need to add some weight to those”.. then I tried them and yeah, I’m going to have to do them body weight for a while!
The first one is the single leg hip thrust..
The other one is the single leg box squat
That ones especially hard for balance. I haven’t quite mastered it yet!

In food news, you all aren’t missing much. As I mentioned my oven broke and it’s going to take a little over a week to get a new one installed. I’m going crazy without it! I usually have baked protein goodies on hand at all time, and now I’m having to eat other things. I guess that could be a blessing in disguise though! Ha! Actually not really.. I’ve just been living off protein pancakes as portable snacks!
Well, that’s it for today. I’m off of work and my sister and I are going to go paint ceramics.. I’m excited!
