My Wednesday Workout consisted of running a solo 3.03 miles in the back neighborhood on this goregous afternoon! My legs felt good, and my lungs felt OK. Ran up a tough hill right in the middle of the run.
3.03 miles ———- 29 minutes, 40 seconds———-9:48 pace per mile
Trying not to jump the gun, I have been so focused on the VT 50k coming up at the end of September, that I haven’t registered for any races. YET. I do have a list that involves local races (in Mass.), mostly on Sundays from October - November. The distances range from 5k’s to half marathons. As mentioned before, I haven’t signed up for any yet, but am looking forward to. That is, if I come out of this 50k alive! ;)
