I have some exciting news!!! Do you remember my post last week about finishing up my training with BalletBlast ? It is finally all settled and hitting Las Vegas! I sat down with the studio today and finished up the last minute details! BalletBlas t is excited to be opening at one of Henderson’s premier dance studios, The Dance Zone.
The best part about BalletBlast is that zero dance experience is required! People ask me all the time how to get a dancers body and this is it! It’s an hour of cardio, strength training, toning, and stretching and you will discover muscles you didn’t know you had! I feel honored to be apart of this company and hope to continue to inspire woman as we spread this workout to Las Vegas! I will post the schedule tonight on the blog as well as on the BalletBlast site for those of you in Vegas who are interested!
