I was hoping I’d leave the office by 6:15 in order to make the Lululemon Run Club tonight. That didn’t happen. I left at 8:05!
But, I had a great idea. A few minutes later I’d changed into my running clothes, locked up my computer and purse, and headed out to door jamming to Glee! I’d run out the day’s stress all the way home! My run left me feeling happy and stress free!!
I ran home along the river for 3.2 miles! I knew I was going quickly but couldn’t believe it when I glanced down at a light to see I was keeping an 8:45 pace. Well, actually, my heart could believe it! By the time I got home I felt like this!
Phew! All I wanted was water!
I checked the Garmin after a chug fest and found that I kept an 8:46 avg for the run. This was quite speedy for me so I feel like this will have to suffice for this week’s speed session in marathon training!
After recovering I had some fun with the camera I’m bringing to Healthy Living Summit this weekend!
This is Bo’s old Canon D100 but it’s new to me and I really like the picture quality. Anyone want to teach me how to use it this weekend? I’m bringing both lenses!

It’s off to enjoy dinner, finish some work, write some thank you notes, and then head to bed!
Packing isn’t on my list because our dry cleaners failed to drop off our dry cleaning. There is no point packing now since I know I have to come home from the office to pack during the day. #FAIL!
