Usually I am a huge techy-nerd that needs to have everything digital or involving binary codes, but when I saw this simple goal sheet on Fitspiration , I thought it was something simple that I could give a try.
I like that there is a a red box that reads "Try Again Tomorrow". It's not nasty, it's not giving up, and it's not "No". These goals are running only four days at a time making it really easy to just take baby steps to accomplishing something.
I feel like my goal list is going to be a lot longer, so I am thinking that I really need to try and limit what I really want to get done. I am going to attempt to not make any excuses and just get some small things done. Once my list is finished, I will let everyone know what it looks like. Hoping for more Green than Red!
