This recipe has been on repeat all summer long. Thank goodness avocados are available all year round, I just can't get enough of it! This recipe is so simple, QUICK since their isn't much food prep, and oh so tasty.
Ingredients 3 small avocados or 2 large ones 1/2 cup Tomatillo Salsa (Frontera is my favorite) 1/4 cup chopped cilantro Juice of 1 lime 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Mix until creamy consistency and serve with your favorite tortilla chips! I love it on a good bison burger:-)
