I give this meal an A+. You got your veggies, your protein, and your grains (well actually quinoa is a seed!!). Shrimp and chicken are my favorite proteins to use for stir fry. I normally add whatever veggies I have in the fridge. I didn't have any brown rice or whole wheat noodles, so I substituted quinoa!
