Sorry no post yesterday, its been a bit hectic over here. I did get to the gym yesterday and just did 15K on the bike and alot of upper arm exercises. Today I went to DH gym with him and I ran 7K on the threadmill. I truly enjoy the gym and the high I get from my workouts. Some people think I am nuts and even got a comment once that working out at the gym for 2 hours is unhealthy......NOW SERIOUSLY! Obviously people that don't even step foot in a gym. But to each its own!
So I have been seriously contemplating if I should sign up for a 10K before I run my 5K! DO I, DON'T I? Its at the end of April and I think I am ready to run 10K but I wanted to start with that 5K run in May and then do a 10K but now I just don't know. They also have a kids 1K after the 10K and I know my daughter would love to run that with me so I may just sign up for the 10K but I better decide soon before it gets filled!
