Running seems to be my new hobbie and stress reliever. And I’m getting faster! :D Yesterday morning I run 8km, 38.40”, 7.47min/mile. :D So, to protect my knee, I need a new pair of shoes! ;) I love my new ipod with Nike+ that records distance and speed for me :) I know Maggie is having fun with it too!

About the company: Our goal was to support organic family farmers and their communities by connecting them with the growing market of people who care about the quality of the food they eat, as well as the environmental and social conditions under which it is grown, produced and traded. And today we directly supports hundreds of sustainable farmers and their communities in nearly a dozen countries around the world. We are also well on our way to delighting, nourishing and inspiring millions as they become part of a healthier, more sustainable and more compassionate world.

Very satisfying! :D I need to have it more often!

Q1: If you’re a runner, how often do you run and how much?

Q2: If you’re a foodie, what’s the most satisfying meal you had lately?
