Seven Layer Salad
Posted Jun 27 2009 10:14pm
Oh...so simple and Oh...so tasty!
From Bottom Up - Layer the following:
(Use amounts that fit your dish)
Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
Fresh Chopped Celery
Thawed (previously frozen) Green Peas
Light Mayonnaise (A thin layer over the three layers you already have and a sprinkle of paprika)
Shredded Cheddar (I use a combination of yellow and white cheddar)
Fresh Crumbled Bacon
Fresh Chopped Scallions
Refridgerate for an hour or two and serve!
