India is a country where natural products and oils are used in our daily consumption. We have a host of oils which have countless health benefits. One such oil is the sesame oil.

Use of sesame oil or til ka tel is very important can protect us from the low blood pressure  and cancer and acts as an anti oxidant as it contains vitamin e and phyto-estrogen.the sesame oil in our diet helps our body to grow  and develop in a normal way, protects our skin, and makes us healthy and strong.

It is equally rich in mono -unsaturated fatty acids, and it is low in saturated fats.

Sesame oil for cooking helps us keep our blood pressure in check and lowers the amount of medication needed to control hypertension. It also keeps in check on our cell damages.

Sesame oil also keeps obesity in check as it has a lower cholesterol concentration. Sesame oil in any form like refined or roasted is useful to make our diet nutritious

Sesame oil is also known to cure depression, fatigue, insomnia and joint pains.
