Haven't posted in a while...been CRAZY busy with working, trying to get in the gym as often as possible, while keeping up with my house, laundry, grocery list, ETC!
I was Matron of Honor in our best friends wedding....it was beautiful, the bride looked stunning....and we had the best time!!! Danced my butt off!!! Still have TWO more weddings to go before October...Tis the season!!!
I knew I had to get in this trumpet shape, tight in the waist, champagne colored, satin gown so I could NOT miss a workout, no way! Besides, what kind of example would I be setting, especially because a handful of my clients I torture on a weekly basis would be there...and I allow them NO excuses for skipping their workouts--even if they can only fit in 15 minutes on an overly booked up day--better than nothing!!!
Any hoo, since I have been neglectful on my weekly/ bi-weekly posts I though I would share what I have been up to! Don't worry--I have loads of topics to share soon...just need to find the time to write and edit, and condense my long-winded posts ;) haha
It all started at 11am for hair and makeup.....how gorgeous is this bride!!!!
Then, the gown.... bustier, lace up in the back of the dress was a workout in itslf!!! I was Shvitzing!!!
Almost time--preparing for the ceremony!!! And I'm mentally preparing for my toast!

In rare form....letting loose on the dance floor...been a while since I had a good release like this---good, old fashioned fun! We all need this in our lives!!
