Self-Forgiveness Meditation

Posted Aug 15 2013 3:35pm

Self-forgiveness has been a really big topic lately in my life and in my cilent’s lives. It’s something that, I think, we can always be aware of and work on every day. We all have baggage we need to release! It doesn’t make us wrong – it just makes us human. We are spiritual beings having a HUMAN experience, and it’s important for us to be real about that.

With that in mind, I want to give you a beautiful Self-Forgiveness Meditation that you can do for yourself. If you have been caught in an endless cycle of binge eating, overexercising, negative thinking, self-doubt, or just feel stuck in general, this meditation will be so helpful to you.

Meditation is the greatest tool in our spiritual toolbox, especially when we do it daily. When we throw forgiveness into our meditation and take the practice seriously, all bets are off, baby! If you are consistent and committed to it, I promise you that you will feel an internal shift within the next week!

Do this meditation every day for 30 days and see what happens. I recommend having a journal next to you, as doing a self-forgiveness meditation can bring up a lot of toxic feelings and emotions that need to be detoxed, and writing is an incredible way to do that. It’s important for us to acknowledge, forgive, and release these feelings so we can make space for abundance and love to come into our lives.

Let me know how it goes! I’m sending you lots of love.

Stay lovely,
Heather
