Salsa For Fitness

I was just saying on my other blog about me being pinpointed by my co-workers to do a salsa number with my boss on our company fun fair for donation campaign that will be held next month. So I have been practicing salsa dance moves for a couple of days now. I only know the basic salsa moves and timing, but to be quite be frank, I really don't know how to dance salsa with a partner. So I really don't know what's going to happen next month when our boss called me infront of the stage and start dancing salsa..lols.

I noticed that it's actually a good and fun fitness exercise. For a couple of days now , I was so inspired to dance salsa infront of the computer, following those basic tutorial moves. I sometimes don't noticed that it has been more than 30 minutes that I have been dancing salsa and that I have been sweating a lot. So this is great for my fitness and weight loss goals which I have been trying to reach before the end of the year. I have been noticing that my clothes are starting to get loose.
