Salmon Omelette recipe for breakfast

There is nothing I love more for breakfast than salmon with eggs. Try this salmon omelette!

I decided to create a combo of  both ingredients, so here is my take on a salmon omelette. Delicious combination,especially if you love fish!

Ingredients for salmon omelette:-

  • 6 eggs
  • 150grs off cooked flaked salmon
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 a green pepper
  •  1/2 red pepper

Method to making salmon omelette:

Crack open eggs into a bowl, use full eggs or egg whites only according to your dietary requirements. Chop up the peppers and onions into tiny cubes and add to the egg mix. Finally add the pieces of salmon. Use cooking spray to line the skillet, cook all ingredients in a skillet for 30 minutes with a lid. Your salmon omelette will be done as soon as the eggs puff up and no liquid is present.
