Running Junkie?

Run: 5 x 800 (10K pace) done and done! I ran a total of 4 miles on the mill and felt good. Obvi because I had someone next to me to race

Us bloggers know of the big fitness bloggers out there...
etc, etc, etc.

They provide inspiration for doing insane things... like running two marathons in two weeks or running 13.1's every month like it's completely normal. Problem?

I kind of want to be their normal.

Something happened to me this past weekend. I'm semi-baffled by my new insane urge to run. to compete. to run hard. Maybe I was abducted by aliens? Whatever the case may be, all I know is I want to run lots of half marathons this year... so I think I just might. 

As for my goal to race a triathlon, I'm putting it on the back-burner. Running is my thing right now so I'm going to let it have its moment. I don't need to tri everything. so punny, I know.

So, thanks to SR, RER, and HRG for inspiring me to be a little left of normal. My New Year's Reso is to have as much fun in 2013 as I did in 2012. I'm confident with goals like these I'll be well on my way to making that reso a reality.
