Monday: I jogged two and a half miles in 30 minutes...slow and steady.
Tuesday: I jogged the same distance and the same time.
Thursday: I jogged a new route but completed it in the same time...must find out how many miles it is.
Friday: I ran one mile in the indoor track and the time was about 16 minutes...not good. My old mile time was around seven minutes. Sheesh. And then I went back to the dorms and ran my normal two miles along the new route in the same 30 minute time.
Saturday: I woke up around 8 and headed off to the mountain to mtn bike for an hour and a half-pretty intense stuff. I bit the dust once trying to stay stable along the cliff side (not to far of a drop off though bout 3-5 ft tops) luckly I didnt fall down the slope! And then I got lost. Yay.
