Rules to Eating Clean

I am always preaching that eating clean is the way forward to weight loss and better health, but it only just dawned on me the other day that some of you may not know what eating clean is, so let me introduce you to the Eat Clean Diet Eating clean is pretty simple in fact this image from Maria - an eat clean diet ambassador, describes it best. 37086_10151413187176278_164980738_n   Now I guess you are wondering why I am posting about a ‘diet’ when I have been going on and on and on about ‘not going on a diet’ – the truth is, the eat clean diet isn’t a diet! It is a sensible way of eating. The Eat Clean Diet is something you can adapt to your lifestyle, feed your family and follow for the rest of your life. When I read the The Eat Clean Diet book- I questioned why I wasn’t eating like this in the first place, because most of it is common sense. I have been  following the Eat Clean Diet clean for just over year now and can honestly say:

  • No more bloating
  • No more gas
  • No more stomach aches (I’d been to 3 doctors about this issue!)
  • Less headaches
  • Much clearer skin (My aunt actually commented on this. She hadn’t seen me in 6 months and she asked me what face creams I am using! WOW huh!)
  • Weight loss occurred and since then I have maintained this weight
